CGU customers impacted by the floods in Queensland, northern NSW and Victoria should contact our 24-hour claims service line as soon as possible on 1800 252 461, or speak with their insurance adviser.

We are processing claims as quickly as we can and have called upon our national network to support our customers through these difficult times.

Having the following information to hand will help us lodge your claim as quickly as possible:

  • Your policy number
  • The contact name and phone number of the person holding the policy
  • A loss description
  • Details of the location where the loss occurred
  • Details of any property damaged.

Please note: customers in other areas of the country may experience some delays in our normal business as our staff support those impacted by these major weather events.
