CGU’s home and contents policy has been deemed one of the best nationally in the latest CANSTAR CANNEX home and contents star ratings report.
Our product was awarded the prestigious five-star CANNEX rating jointly with a major bank’s product for offering outstanding value across Australia.
The pleasing result was the culmination of weeks of extensive research undertaken by CANNEX involving 32 insurers, 54 policies and 15,000 individual quotes obtained across Australia. Product disclosure statements were reviewed and premiums compared in an effort to determine the best deal for consumers in the fiercely competitive market of home and contents packages.
Steve Mickenbecker, CANNEX Head of Research, said allocation of the award highlighted that as an insurer, CGU was particularly strong across the nation with the home and contents insurance offering.
